James McFadden, l'attaquant écossais qui évolue à Everton, serait sur les tablettes du Celtic Glasgow, selon des informations publiées par The Telegraph. Le joueur serait également intéressé à l'idée de revêtir le maillot du champion en titre écossais. Il était tout proche de s'y engager la saison passée mais la transaction n'avait abouti, les deux parties n'ayant pas trouvé de terrain d'entente.

Zu Pranjic kann ich noch sagen, dass ich ihn deshalb gerne bei den Toffees gesehen hätte, weil er auch nen ordentlichen LV-Backup hätte geben können. Apropos LV: Wie weit ist denn Garbutt? Könnte man den bedenkenlos einsetzen, wenn Baines mal fehlt? Auf Distin als LV habe ich nicht unbedingt mehr die größte Lust... :/:

nein, garbutt dürfte noch etwas von der pl entfernt sein. der hat letzte saison das erste mal luft in der league two geschnuppert und müsste sich diese saison erstmal auf championship oder league one level beweisen...
ich würde für den fall eher damit rechnen, dass neville wieder auf links geht...

Moyes gibt an, dass man näher dran sei, Pienaar zu verpflichten - hört sich gut an.

STEVEN PIENAAR has edged closer to a permanent Everton FC return – after the Blues made progress in negotiations with Fenerbahce over the sale of Joseph Yobo.
The South African playmaker has agreed terms and is ready and waiting to move back to Merseyside and sign on the dotted line, but Everton must first release the funds to pay Spurs by finally pushing through the protracted exit of their Nigerian defender.
Talks with Fenerbahce have been notoriously difficult, resulting in Yobo only joining on successive season long loans over the last two seasons, but headway has been made which should see the Toffees bank around £2.5m for the 31-year-old Super Eagles captain.
