Multiple reports now suggest James Rodriguez and Real Madrid are leaning towards Atletico Madrid, as Napoli won’t buy him outright.

Keine Ahnung, ob das stimmt, aber warum leiht man ihn nicht mit Kaufpflicht? Ist man nicht zu 100% von ihm überzeugt, oder warum ist DeLa nicht bereit, ihn mit Kaufpflicht zu verpflichten? James will zu uns, Ancelotti will ihn, für den Verein wäre es ein Ausrufezeichen, so einen Spieler zu verpflichten, so könnte man Sponsoren locken, die Marke Napoli würde ihn Südamerika einen Schub bekommen. Wenn das mit James nicht klappt, weiß ich auch nicht...die Voraussetzungen sind gegeben.

With Napoli and James Rodriguez' negotiations stalled over Real Madrid's reluctance to accept the loan proposal made by De Laurentiis' club, the sides have not moved any closer. Napoli's ideas have faded, and Ateltico Madrid have moved even closer to the player, and are ready to buy him outright. A move for the Colombian would see Napoli definitely out of competition, unless for a sudden reversal by Real.
