Es wäre schon ein Wahnsinn Bale in Newcastle zu sehen. Es war ja oft von Mbappé zu lesen, was absolut utopisch ist, aber ein totalen Megastar wie Bale, der natürlich bei Real nachgelassen hat, aber immer noch ein riesiger Name ist, wäre ein unfassbarer Coup.
Zumal ich denke, dass Bale in der Premier League eine ganz andere Wertschätzung genießt. Er wäre der wohl größte Name seit Shearer beim größten Club im Norden und die Fanszene würde explodieren. Er würde genau den Rückhalt haben, den er braucht und dass er die Premier League spielerisch kann, wissen wir.
Sollte der ganze Coup durchgehen, wird es wirklich spannend zu sehen sein, was mit Newcastle geschieht. Kann auch sein, dass sie ein nicht funktionierendes Team zusammenstellen. Aber wenn sie es endlich mal klug angehen, kann man auf kurz oder lang wieder in die Richtung von vor vielen Jahren.

Newcastle United wants to strengthen its ambitions as soon as the takeover by the wealthy Saudi crown prince Mohammed bin Salman has been completed. Gareth Bale must become the top purchase of The Magpies, Marca reports Monday evening.
Mauricio Pochettino, the intended new manager at St. James' Park, has already agreed to a transfer from the star of Real Madrid. However, Bale must be convinced of a switch to Newcastle. Thirty-year-old Welshman has so far not been happy about leaving the Royal, partly because of his royal salary of seventeen million euros per year.
Bale even insisted for a long time that he wants to serve his contract until mid-2022 at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, but coach Zinedine Zidane gives him less and less playing time. The advantage is also that he can keep his full fee if he makes the switch to Newcastle, because the Premier League club will soon be swimming in the money.
